She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis; her parents, Keith Westfall and Helen Westfall; and her siblings, Kathy Westfall Smith and Keith Westfall, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Pam Chambers and Jeff Parker (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Doug Perkins (Lisa), Kelsey Corwin (Cameron), Cortney Parker, Nicholas Chambers and Haley Chambers; and her sister Debby Byrd. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
