We are sad to announce that on December 20, 2018, Judy Milne Jeffreys (Bunn, North Carolina), born in Rochester, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Duncan Milne II and Jean Sherman Milne. She is survived by: her husband Charles Rickie Jeffreys; her brother James Duncan Milne III (Kathi Milne); her niece Melanie Milne; her daughters, Tania Upchurch (Gregory Upchurch), Tracy Fitzgerald and Kimberly Pugh (Randy Pugh); and her grandchildren, Britton Upchurch, Isaac Upchurch, Emily Upchurch and Calloway Upchurch.

In lieu of flowers, memorialdonations may be made to the Lower Cape Fear Hospice who provided her and the family withexceptional loving care.
