She was predeceased by: her parents, James Webb and Emily Reason Webb; and her sister Rebecca Harrell. She is survived by: her children, David Miller (Laurie) of Kittrell, Michelle M. Smith (Alvin) of Ozark, Cathy M. Sizemore (Keith) of Ringgold, Georgia and James Fennell (Angel) of Virginia; and her sisters, Sue W. Pilgreen (Hal) of Winterville, NC and Lynn W. Harrell (Bill) of Crisp, NC.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren.
