She was predeceased by: her parents, Ansel Joshua Kemp and Morado Rogers Green Kemp; her husband William "Dickie" Capps; her brother Nathaniel A. Kemp; and her daughter-in-law Wanda Marie Capps.

She is survived by: her children, William Dale Capps and Wanda Capps Pulley (Don); her grandchildren, Nathaniel Capps, Alan Capps (Michele), Sheena Lebbos (Jimmie) and Chelsi Junkin (Daniel); and her great grandchildren, Kevin Capps, Chris Capps, Holly Capps, Kellan Junkin and Emmett Junkin. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
