Waymon Byrd Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 4, 2019, at the age of 91, Waymon Byrd (Buies Creek, North Carolina) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Waymon Byrd to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Waymon Melvin and Emily Mae Weaver Byrd; his brother Leonard Gerald Byrd (Bobby); and his daughter Connie Lynn Byrd. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Tysinger Byrd; his daughters, Gale Byrd Compton (King) of Lumberton, NC, Julie Ann Byrd of Angier and Wendy Byrd Buchanan (Chuck) of Meadows; his granddaughters, Cayce Compton Taft (Marshall), Emily Wilbourne Satzger (Rob), Colleen and Molly Buchanan; and his great grandchildren, Madelyn, Lela Taft, Graham and Philip Satzger.
