She is survived by: her husband Peter Pentony; her children, Matthew Campbell (Hollyn), Morgan Campbell and Madison Pentony; her brother Ty Cobb (Kathy); her nieces and nephews, Lindsey and Tyler Cobb; her cousin Carolyn Coppedge (Randy); and her grandchildren, Quinn, Reece and Mason Campbell.
In lieu of flowers, Tammy has requested memorial contributions be sent to Transitions Lifecare Hospice, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607; or American Cancer Society Arrangements by O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home & Crematory, Lillington.
