He was predeceased by: his father-in-law William Carroll Marsalis; and his parents, Elma Price and Charlie Price. He is survived by: his wife Melody Marsalis Price; his daughter Meredith Lee Price; his son-in-law Michael Fleming; his daughter Mollie Elizabeth Cannady; his son-in-law Jim Cannady; his grandchildren, Temple and Palmer Cannady; his son Marshall David Price; his daughter-in-law Anne Price; his brother Danny Price; his sister-in-law Debbie Price; his niece Natalie Price; his nephews, Brandon and Dillion Price; his brother-in-law Pete Marsalis (Amy); his nieces, Reese and Halle Marsalis; his brother-in-law Chris Marsalis (Joyce); his niece Eden Hall; and his mother-in-law Betty Jo Marsalis.
