We are sad to announce that on March 24, 2024, at the age of 31, William Borchert III of Bryson City, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Captain William "Bill", Lois Borchert, Allen and Peggy Butts. He is survived by: his parents, Suzanne Borchert and Willam "Hank" Borchert, Jr.; and his brothers, Jack and James Borchert. He is also survived by several uncles, aunts and cousins.

He would be pleased to have trees planted as memorials to him, not wanting to waste funds on temporary flowers. Or donations may be made to organizations that work to preserve and/or clean-up nature.
