He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Crisp and Marian Cochran Crisp of Alarka. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Nations Crisp; his children, Melissa Crisp of La Jolla, CA and Jeff Crisp (Sabrina); and his granddaughters, Keira and Skylie Crisp of Fuquay Varina, NC.
