Vern Edward Davis Obituary

Vern Edward Davis Jr. 67 passed away unexpectedly June 12, 2024, at his residence. A native of Calhoun County Michigan, he moved to the mountains of Swain County NC to enjoy his retirement. He was born November 04, 1956, to the late Vern Edward Davis Sr. and Betty Jane Ritsema Davis. Vern served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam Conflict.

He is preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.

Vern is survived by his wife of 22 years Robin Marie Davis, 4 children: Dustin Brooks Davis (Jennifer) and Sarah Jayne Louise Smith (Ryan) Bobbie Jo Niedzielski (Shane), Denise Andrews (Sean); 5 grandchildren Maya, Devon Marie, Cherish, Celes, & Sawyer; 2 Sisters: Diana Louise Weesaw & Natala Addy; A host of nieces nephews and extended family.
