Thresia Eaton Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 17, 2020, Thresia Eaton (Bryson City, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Fannie Sue Walls Woodard; her stepfather Joseph Manley Brooks; and her brother Russell Brooks. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Eaton of Franklin; her daughters, Chree Dutton (Barry) of Olathe, KS and Rachel Nations (Rick) of Bryson City; her brothers, Jerry Brooks (Donna), Kim Brooks (Mindy), Wayne Brooks (Lisa) and Raymond Brooks (Julie); her grandchildren, Chris Nations (Laci), Matthew Allen (Kate), John Nations, Daniel Nations, Jessie Smith, Stephen Smith (Diandra) and Shane Smith; her great grandchildren, Emma, Issac Nations, Tanner, Brooklyn Hendren, Mikaela Johnson, Jakob Martin, Naomi and Nora; and her close friend Heidie May.

In lieu of flowers the family has asked donations to Friedreich's Ataxia Research Alliance.
