It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Andrew Gibson of Bryson City, North Carolina, born in Sylva, North Carolina, who passed away on November 2, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Ray Gibson; and his son Andrew Gibson. He is survived by: his wife Linda Cullers Gibson; his daughters, Annette Lowry (Kevin), Christine Gibson, Tina Adams (Scott) and Sharon Boyle (Bill); and his sisters, Rita Lamb (Roger), Kathy Crossley and Beth Smith (Donny). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 6th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Thomas Chapel (1077 Galbraith Creek Rd, Bryson City, NC 28713).
