He was predeceased by: his mother Gertrude Cabe Jones; and his brother Bill McDonald. He is survived by: his wife Debra Bumgarner Jones; his father Raymond H. Jones; his children, Jill Jones of Whittier, Karen Jones of Whittier and Alec Bowers of Whittier; his grandchildren, Victor Jones and Gracie Price; his stepdaughter Misty Bumgarner of Knoxville; and his sisters, Sue Jones Peggy (Peter), Judy Jones, Wanda Hall and Ruth Korr. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
