He was predeceased by: his wife Georgia Lois Lackey; his children, Kathy and Fred; his grandson Michael; and his parents, Dutch Lackey and Talitha Lackey.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Lackey (Joyce), Sandra Lackey, Ann Woodard and Yvonne Swan; his son-in-law Jamie Waldroup; and also Misty Taylor. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren.
