He is survived by: his spouse Meredith Adkins Proctor; his parent Christine Cole Proctor of Bryson City, NC.; his grandparents, William Harvey, Minnie McClure Proctor, John Cole and Emeline Woody Cole; his sons, Bryson Troy and Tucker Page Proctor; his sister Celyn Proctor Holt of Greensboro; his husband Fred Holt; his mother-in-law Page Worthington of Ayden; his siblings-in-law, Kevin Adkins Wiley (Steve) of Pittsboro, Deborah Adkins Huggins (Miles) of Greenville and Jeff Adkins (Jamie) of Dunn; his nephews, Alex Huggins and Riley Adkins; and also, Caitlyn Holt and Elisabeth Holt.
