He is survived by: his mother Melody Whitesides of St. Matthews; his brother Tim Whitesides (Mary) of Florida; his children, Timothy Leighton Whitesides (Mary), Curtis Whitesides, Raymond Boyd (Kassie), James Boyd, Nicholaus Sprowse, Carl Nesbit III, Kayleigh Strehle (Joe), Audreyana Lowe (Robert) and Danielle Rutter; his grandchildren, John, Kinleigh, Serenity, Carrielynn and Briley; his brother-in-law Brian Page; his niece Madison; his sister-in-law Kathy Harriman (Bill); his close friends, Zack Wagers, David Gonzalez, Jessica Register, A. G. Hammacher, Jonathan Glugover, Rev. Slade Rickles, June Lowe, Melanie Garuffi and Eudema Greene; his uncle Mick Johns; his aunts, Barbara Gray, Margie McCullough, Linda Johns, Sherry Price and Libby Johns; and his cousins, Sue (Ray), Peggy, Shawn, Tracy, Danny, Tina, Shannon and Stephanie.
