He is survived by: his daughter Keniethea Tadlock Blankenship (Stephen) of Jefferson City, TN.; his grandchildren, Paigey Pooh, Megan, Payton, Chloe, Natasha, George, Jonathan, Ashley and Kenneth; his great grandchildren, Raiden, Georgia, Nevaeh and Walter; and his close friends, Tom Treadway, Scott and Vida Coday.
