With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Kaitlin Alexis McMahan of Bryson City, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 8, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Emily; and her brother Peter. She is survived by: her husband Randy; her parents, Wayne Hodge and Maribeth Hodge; her brothers, Brandon (Fallon), Curtis (Katie), Eric (Mara) and Andrew; her in-laws, Rennie, Christine Mcmahan and Connie Boone; her sisters-in-law, Katlin and Amanda (K'ari); her niece Madison Hodge; her cousin Shannon Thomas; and her close friends, Shannon, Brandon Carpenter (Mountain Mama), Raven Mae Taylor, Melissa Moore, Charlene Lanyon and Melisha Westall. She is also survived by grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Crisp Funeral Home (669 US-19, Bryson City, NC 28713). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
