She was predeceased by: her husband George Moore. She is survived by: her children, Gary Moore (Joan) and Janet Heisel (Jeff); her siblings, Johnny Fortner (Pat), Roger Fortner (Connie) and Lois Crisp (Ray); her grandchildren, Melissa Allard (Chris), JeanAnn Howell (Will) and Amanda Heisel; and her sister-in-law Marian Fortner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
