He is survived by: his daughter Kelli Walkingstick Wachacha (Jack) of Cherokee; his grandson Mackinley Rooch; his sister Maybelle Dunn (Mike) of Everette Washington; and his aunt Joy Smith (John) of Cherokee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
