It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeremiah Long (Bryson City, North Carolina), born in Cherokee, North Carolina, who passed away on May 14, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Long and Lucy George Long; and his brothers, Steve "Frog" George, Robert "Humpty" Long and Russell Long.
He is survived by: his siblings, Anona "Nonnie" Crowe, Zena Wolfe (Melvin) and Jim Long; his great-nephew John Anthony "Scoogie" Tahquette; and his pets, Monk Monk and Snowball. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
