He was predeceased by: his mother Gail Rice Webb; his grandparents, Bill, Doris Rice, Dewey and Reathel Webb; and his aunt Geraldean Webb.
He is survived by: his father Jack H. Webb (Rhonda Gibson) of Bryson City; his sister Jodi Vogeli (Mike) of Canton, MI; his nephews, Seth and Lucas Vogeli; his niece Maya Vogeli; his uncle Delbert Webb; his cousins, Dewey Jason Webb and Jennifer Hunt; his aunts, Donna Underwood and Doris Nations; and his uncle Gary Rice.
