She is survived by: her children, Michelle Bridges (Kelly) and Chris Crutchfield; her daughter-in-law Kim Crutchfield; her grandchildren, Josh, Lexi Bridges, Alyssa and Jenna Crutchfield; her siblings, Bertha Pilkington of Cherokee, Raymond Mathews of Cherokee and Roy Mathews (Cathy) of Cherokee; and her siblings-in-law, Glenda Mathews, Cindy Mathews and Bobby Mathis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
