He was predeceased by: his parents, George C. Waldroup and Glenna Burns Waldroup; his wife Kathy Lackey Evans; his brothers, Steve Waldroup and Larry Waldroup; and his grandmother Laura Burns.
He is survived by: his sons, Brandon Burdette (Norma), Chandler Smith, Cody Waldroup, Tony DeSimone and Josh Davis; his siblings, Jody Waldroup (Becky), Sarah B. Crisp (Lewis), Darlene Sawyer, Diane Jones, Laura Griffin (Flint) and Tammy Frady (Timothy); and his close friend Jeff Fouts. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
