It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irma Ann Brown Herrin (Bryson City, North Carolina), who passed away on April 10, 2018, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her sisters, Jama Brown, Bett Brown and Jean Jones. She is survived by: her spouse Everett Herrin of Gulfport Miss; her siblings, Blake Brown of Cherokee County, NC, June Barefoot of Graham County, NC and Mary Futch of Arizona; and her children, Frances King (Ronnie) of Mars Hill, NC, Evelyn Herrin of Bryson City, NC, John Herrin (Pat) of Bryson City, NC and Joseph Herrin of Chapel Hill, NC. She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren along with many many dear friends.
