She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Gordon and Hattie Mae Welch Lemmon. She is survived by: her husband Rev Ed Cook; her children, Blanch Cook, Rev Gordon Cook, Brenda Conner (James), Gwenda Shuler (Mack) of Brevard, NC. and Rev Raymond Cook (Patsy); her siblings, Rev Phil Lemmon, Guy Lemmon and Maxine; and her great great grandchild Aileen McCoy. She is also survived by one grandson, one great-grandson, two great-great -grandsons.
