With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Harriett Anne Smiley (Bryson City, North Carolina), who passed away on May 13, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Paul Davidson Smiley; her parents, Roy Carson and Emma Parris Carson; and her sister Carolyn Newman. She is survived by: her daughters, Kim Dunlap and Karen Brooks; her grandsons, Beau Dunlap, Nathan Dunlap (Shannon), Joshua Brooks, Jacob Brooks (Megan) and Carson Gratton (Tess); and her sisters, Pat Fuller and Nancy Carson. She is also survived by loving mother to her two daughters she loved her family.
In lieu of flowers the family contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
