He is survived by: his son Michael York (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Daniel York and Madison Leatherwood (Caleb); his great grandchild Awohali Leatherwood; and his stepsiblings, Debbie Matthews, Becky Cochran (Lonnie) and Randy Cunningham (Sandy).
