She is survived by: her parent Edna Brown Sitton; her husband Maurice Biggs; her children, Tommy Cooper (Betsy) of Candler, Debbie Biggs (Skip Allen) of Andrews, Kepp Biggs (Angela) of Bryson City, Megan Biggs (Pedab Woodard) of Bryson City and Casie Biggs (Myra Cochran) of Bryson City; her grandchildren, Andrew Cooper (Kennia), Scott Sneed, Kade Biggs and Kinley Biggs; her great grandchildren, Julian Cooper and Sofia Cooper; and her siblings, Cecil Sitton (Rita) of Greensboro and Carolyn Rowland (John) of Asheville.
