She is survived by: her son Aaron Birchfield (Lisa) of Bryson City; her stepdaughter Darlene Burrell (Dwight); her stepdaughter-in-law Beth McGaha; and her sisters, Shirly Loftis (Doyle) of Bryson City, Marcella Webb of Bryson City and Barbara Lambert (Don) of Cherokee. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
