She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Collins and Chinara Millsaps. She is survived by: her husband Chester Watkins; her sister Faye Watson of Wahalla, SC; her daughter Diane Watkins of Bryson City; and her grandchildren, Christina Parris (Virgil) of Bryson City, Cheyanna Ward (Joe) of Bryson City and Kate Allen (Matthew) of Waynesville, NC. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
