He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew John and Maude Leanna Kirkland Earley; and his siblings, Frank, Harry, Edna, Inez and Chinera.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy Marr Earley; his children, Paula Earley Fuller (Jeff), Jordan Earley (Cheyenne) and Patricia Earley; his grandchildren, Victoria Moore (Chason), Kristiana Fuller, Pepper Hoyle and Sterling Earley; his siblings, Jean Thomas and Coy Earley; and his grandmother Lee Taylor. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
