He is survived by: his wife Joyce Walls Wiggins; his daughters, Christie Jones (Eric) and Diane Wiggins; and his stepchildren, Rick Fortner (Lovie), Mark Fortner, Kim Trantham (Max), Sheela Fortner, Grandchildren-Amber Frost, Amanda Lequire, Travis Jones, Jennifer Jarrett, Derreck Jarrett, Jesse Fortner, Monica Fortner Holmes, Courtney Dills, Justin Dills and Hailey Trantham Marr. He is also survived by twelve Great-grandchildren.
