It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dana Diana Lupo (Bryson City, North Carolina), born in Sylva, North Carolina, who passed away on September 20, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph E. York and Carrie Green York; her son Jason Todd Lupo; and her siblings, Emma Sue Hamby, Joyce Gail Nuedling and Carroll Ray York.
She is survived by: her husband Roy Lupo; her son Joshua Thomas Lupo of Goose Creek, SC.; her brothers, Walter Thomas York of Sevierville, TN and David Daniel York of Bryson City, NC.; her grandchildren, Christian Donald Lupo (Jessica) of Goose Creek, SC and Tara Lynn Lupo (Allen) of Walterboro, SC; and her great grandchildren, Kason Kyle McLaughlin and Roselyne Jada McLaughlin. She is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many relatives and friends.
