He is survived by: his wife Vickie Bailey; his children, Lynette Phillips (James) and Brandon Bailey (Laurie); his grandchildren, Brooke Phillips, Grant Phillips, William Phillips, Dorsey Bailey and Blakely Bailey; his siblings, Wilma Gibson (Bob), Dorothy Ogle and Jack Bailey; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Bailey and Gayenell Bailey.
