She is survived by: her husband Roger Cloer, Sr.; her son Roger, Jr.; her grandchild Shelby; her son Richard "Rick"; her stepchildren, Regina and Shelby; her grandchild Maisy Potts; her sister Fay Breedlove Kopis; her siblings-in-law, James, Ray, Mike Cloer, Ralf Woodard, Dennis Lambert, Homer Fiskeau, Joseph Harwood, Elsie Cloer Greene, Josephine "Jo" Cloer Southards, Nina Cloer Fiskeau, Carolyn Cloer Tackett, Gertie Cloer Southards, Sandy Cloer Lambert, Carolyn Green Cloer, JoAnn Smiley Cloer, Wanda Estep Cloer, Linda Letterman Breedlove and Carolyn Stevens Breedlove; her parents-in-law, Thurman Cloer and Bertha Seay Cloer; her siblings-in-law, William "Buster" Wiggins, Jesse Dyer Cloer, Barbara Cloer Wiggins, Kathleen Cloer Woods and Donna Cloer Woodard; her great-nephews, Michael Breedlove, Kaleb Breedlove and Travis Tilton; and her great-niece Fay Hope Conard.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Crisp Funeral Home Chapel (669 US-19, Bryson City, NC 28713). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
