He was predeceased by: his parents, William Andy and Laura Laney; his wife Norma Laney; and his grandson Timmy Laney. He is survived by: his sons, Billy Laney, Charles Laney and Edward Laney; and his stepdaughters, Kimberly Stephenson and Karen Barefoot.
