He was predeceased by: his parents, Grover Oliver and Irene Lindsay Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Donna Oliver; his sons, Buck Jenkins (Chelsea) of Bryson City and Kala Rogers (Nathan) of Bryson City; his grandchildren, Addisyn, Jade, Ty Jenkins, Gavin and Rhett Rogers; and his siblings, Pat Keener (Troy) and Tony Oliver (Dawn). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
