She was predeceased by: her husband Buster Wiggins; her parents, Thurman Cloer and Bertha Seay Cloer; and her siblings, Junior "Moe" Cloer and Kathleen Woods.
She is survived by: her children, Rachel Wiggins of Bryson City, Teresa Welch (Tim) of Bryson City, Johnny Wiggins (Pam) of Bryson City and Scott Wiggins of Bryson City; her siblings, Bud Cloer (Carolyn) of Bryson City, Roger Cloer (Cathy) of Bryson City, Ray Cloer (JoAnn) of Bryson City, Mike Cloer (Wanda) of Bryson City, Elsie Greene, Donna Woodard (Ralph), Josephine Southards (Harley), Nina Fiskaux (Homer) of Sylva, Carolyn Tackett (Mike) of Bryson City, Gertie Southards (Michael) of Bryson City and Sandra Lambert (Dennis) of Bryson City; her grandchildren, Terrence, Josie, Candy, Dylan, Taryn, Wesley, Corey, Kari, Lil, Rachael, Devon, Saraya and Alexis; her great grandchildren, George, Kathourynne, Colt, Tate, Justus, Barrett, Luna, Atlas, Madi and Kobe; her grandson Allen Cochran (Priscilla); and also Christy Watkins.
