She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Higdon and Ann Nations Higdon; and her great grandchild Jamison Schaus. She is survived by: her husband William Lester Burnett; her daughter Dinah Burnett Bowman (Jason) of Buchanan, GA; and her brother Steve Higdon (Donna) of Bryson City, NC. She is also survived by three great grandchildren, and one niece.
