He was predeceased by: his son Sam Crutchfield. He is survived by: his wife Janice Crutchfield; his children, Michelle Bridges (Kelly) and Chris Crutchfield; his daughter-in-law Kim Crutchfield; and his grandchildren, Alyssa, Jenna Crutchfield, Josh and Lexi Bridges. He is also survived by many brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.
