He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Collier and Ester Collier (Beach); and his sister Janet Marie Haney. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Susan Athey and Michael Collier; his grandson Tyler Athey; his siblings-in-law, Roger Haney, Jack Rop and Marjorie Kohlhaas (Dalman); his niece Jennifer Gilbert (Trey); his stepchildren, Kathy Andersen (Peterson), Debbie Garcia (Ciprian) and James Peterson (Trudie); and his cousin Sandra Sullivan. He is also survived by seven step grandchildren, eleven step great grandchildren, and several cousins.
Given the current pandemic, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
