He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Thomas and Elsie Pennington Murphy; his sister Judy Watson; and his granddaughter Raegan White. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cooper and Carrigen; his significant other Trudy Clark Murphy; his daughters, Tara Amos (Paul) and Jennifer White (Brad); his siblings, Beverly Smith (Colon), Susie Sweeney (Jason) and Randy; his sister-in-law Vickie Gordon; his close friend Brian Smith; and his friend Ellie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, and extended family.
