He was predeceased by: his father Reverend Russell Cole Sr.; his wife Betty Carolyn Hall Lee; his sisters, Laverna Reece and JoAnn Braswell; his son-in-law Gino Noyes; and his great grandchild Whitney Grace Lee.
He is survived by: his children, Rusty Lee (Beverly), Lisa Elmore (Tim) and Lori Noyes; his grandchildren, Maggie Lee, Cole Lee (Karla) and Austin Elmore (Caroline); his great grandchildren, Meredith Lee, Grayson Lee and Ezra Elmore; his brother Bobby Lee; and his caregiver LoVetta. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, sister-in-laws, and brother-in-laws.
