It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Coleen Strader Chrismon of Browns Summit, North Carolina, born in Rockingham, North Carolina, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Lee Strader and Thelma Gauldin Strader; and her siblings, Carlton "Jimmy" Strader (Nannie Robertson Strader), Linwood Franklin "Dickie" Strader (Mildred Stump Strader) and Nancy Strader Page.
She is survived by: her husband Ray Allen Chrismon; her children, Michael "Mike" Ray Chrismon (Lisa Shelton Chrismon), Debbie Chrismon Blackburn (Gene Maurice "Moe"), Blackburn II, Keith Allen Chrismon and Darryl Ray Chrismon (Lucky King Chrismon); and her brother Jackie Gordon Strader (Vera Strader). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren.
