She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Dixon (Bertha Herbin) and James M. Dixon (Jimmy); her sister Theresa Apple; her brother-in-law Richard Apple; and her brother Alvin Herbin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vickie Lambeth (Ward) of Summerfield and Debra Morrison of Greensboro; her husband Jimmy; her grandchildren, John Lambeth (Sally), Ben Lambeth (Megumi), Rachel Hunsucker (Matt) and Matt Morrison; her great grandchildren, Sydney, Henry, Karis, Emi, Luke, Ellie and Olivia; and her sister Patty S. Herbin of Gibsonville. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Monticello Christian Church (5001 NC-150, Browns Summit, NC 27214). A reception was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
