He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis P. Noyes and Leila Killam Noyes. He is survived by: his spouse Lori Lee Noyes; his daughter Margaret Hall (Thorn); his grandsons, Thorn Hall, Jr. (Megan) and Sean Hall; and his great grandchild Charlotte Hall.
