Carolyn Bowman Adams Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 17, 2024, at the age of 93, Carolyn Bowman Adams of Browns Summit, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Isaiah and Vera Tate Bowman; and her siblings, Clay, Vestal, Richard Bowman, Betty Rumley and Mae Duggins.

She is survived by: her husband Calvin Adams; her children, Bonnie Adams, Jimmy Adams, Shirley Beavers (Robert) and Tommy Adams (Paula); her grandchildren, Jeremy Beavers, Susan Beavers, Courtney Adams, Brooke Nelson (Ryan) and Luke Adams (Taunee); and her great grandchildren, Culley Beavers, Huxley Beavers, Lincoln Adams, Colby Nelson, Case Nelson, Deacon Adams, Weston Adams, Cash Nelson and Ivy Adams.

A graveside service was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Lebanon Baptist Church (4635 Hicone Rd, Greensboro, NC 27405).
