He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas Adams and Treva White Head (Adams); and his wife Carolyn Bowman Adams. He is survived by: his children, Bonnie Adams, Jimmy Adams, Shirley Beavers (Robert) and Tommy Adams (Paula); his grandchildren, Jeremy Beavers, Susan Beavers, Courtney Adams, Brooke Nelson (Ryan) and Luke Adams (Taunee); and his great grandchildren, Culley Beavers, Huxley Beavers, Lincoln Adams, Colby Nelson, Case Nelson, Deacon Adams, Weston Adams, Cash Nelson and Ivy Adams.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lebanon Baptist Church (4635 Hicone Rd, Greensboro, NC 27405). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
