He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Hal and Myrt Stewart. He is survived by: his parent Virginia Dianne Stewart of Broadway, NC.; his daughter Morgan A. Ramsey (Ryan) of Leland, NC.; his sisters, Candy Cockerham (James) and Heather Giles (Carr) of Broadway, NC; and his grandchildren, Bentley Ramsey and Gracie Ramsey.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials are made to Smith Funeral Home of Broadway for funeral expenses.
